Meet Mitch, a dynamic and compassionate individual driven by a profound "why" that shapes her journey through life. Her purpose? To help empower you to achieve your goals, whether it's engaging in playful fights with their kids, teeing off on the golf course, enjoying a peaceful night's sleep, running pain-free, cycling through scenic landscapes, or finding joy in gardening.
With a career rooted in holistic wellness, Mitch, at 52, holds qualifications in Massage Therapy with a post-graduate in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports along with Diploma in Exercise Science and Stages 1-3 Certificates in Dry needling.
Beyond her academic achievements, Mitch is no stranger to the world of competitive sports. Having competed at the elite level in multisport events, she proudly represented her nation both nationally and internationally in adventure racing, including the renowned Primal Quest, touted as the "toughest race on earth." Mitch has also conquered ultra marathons in New Zealand, showcased her talents as a member of a NZ contemporary dance squad, and served as an aerobic instructor.
Her versatility extends beyond the realm of sports, as she has excelled in various roles, such as being a coach for clients training for running events and multisports, a track guide for Ultimate Hikes in Queenstown, and even an award-winning barista in the year 2000, displaying her love for a good cup of coffee.
Beyond her accomplishments, Mitch's most cherished role is being a devoted mother to her 8-year-old son, Kye. Family is her priority, and she takes pride in nurturing her son's interests.
